ERASMUS Charter for Higher Education 2014-2020 ERASMUS Policy Statement General information

Vilniaus kooperacijos kolegija invites and accepts students, teachers and administrative staff from all the partner institutions. In case your higher education institution has not signed the Bilateral agreement with VKK, please ask your international relations office coordinators to contact us.

Incoming Erasmus students fill in the application form and send by e-mail The deadlines for applications are 15th of June (for fall semester) and 15th of December (Spring semester).

Having received the confirmation for acceptance, please fill in the learning agreement, and send by e-mail

Incoming Erasmus students are required to fill-in the arrival form to indicate the arrival date, accomodation request and other specific information related their exchange period.

Erasmus Placements

VKK has partnerships with Lithuanian companies, and therefore, invites students from Erasmus partner institutions to spend their Erasmus placement periods in variuos departments.

Legal Issues 

Students from non EU member states have to apply for visas. They are requested to send their passport copies together with the application documents. Vilniaus kooperacijos kolegija helps students with the migrational procedures.

Incoming students have to insure their health in case medical treatment is necessary during the period of stay. The sum of insurance should not be lower than 30.000 euros.

ECTS courses Academic calendar

Fall semester 
Fall semester usually starts from 1st of September (if it is not a weekend) and ends in January (with Christmas holidays from December 24th till January 2nd). Examination period is usually in January followed by a week’s winter holidays.

Spring semester
Spring semester usually starts fro, the 1st of February. There is one week of Easter holidays. Examination period is usually at the end of May, which is followed by vocational training in July, after which students have summer holidays.
